Gemmi Snow-shoe Trail

From the Gemmi pass a well signposted snow-shoe trail with indicator sticks leads to Lämmernboden and from there over Lämmern Alp and on the Lämmerngrat (ridge) on to the Rote Kumme - Dauben Lake.

Bearded vulture

The bearded vulture with a wing-span of over 2.6 metres is the largest bird in the Alps. There are numerous stories about this bird from the past, which are evidenced by old trivial names such as "chamois vulture" or "lamb vulture".

Global warming, hybrid vines, organic viniculture ... This exhibition brings the relationship between vineyards and nature into a contemporary light. Among other things, it shows how biodiversity can be promoted in vineyards.

Winter trail Albinen - Feschel

The walk starts in Albinen. The trail is prepared with a machine and is about 2.5m wide. The walk can be done without any problem if you have good winter shoes. The superb views over the Rhone valley can be enjoyed all the way to Feschel.

You can reach the Pfyn-Finges Nature Park with public transport: from large cities such as Zurich, Lucerne, Geneva or Lausanne in approx. two hours - from Bern in 75 minutes.
